Soil contamination on a cadastral parcel

Mapped soil contamination (DKjord) for a cadastral parcel. V1 = suspected contamination, V2 = documented by investigation; a site can be both. ALWAYS answers 200 — if the parcel is clean, it returns kortlagt=false and an empty results list, so "no contamination" can be told apart from "unknown parcel".
