Download a batch job's result (NDJSON or CSV)

NDJSON: one object per element — the same as in the synchronous batch endpoints' results, with idx = the element's position in the whole job. CSV: fixed columns per type (best match for reverse and datavask). Also the partial result of a cancelled, failed or quota-stopped job. The result is deleted 7 days (Pro) or 30 days (Enterprise) after the job finished.
