Firehose — every change nationwide, live (Server-Sent Events)

One stream of every stored change nationwide (DAR, BBR, stops, soil contamination, listed buildings, air, noise, energy, cadastre) — for customers mirroring the data. No address list. Events: klar (efter_id, interval_ms, kilder), haendelse (id, tid, opdaget, kilde, type, adgangsadresse_id, bfe, bygning_id, data, tekst — the SSE id is the event id), ping (heartbeat every 20 seconds) and genstart (efter_id) after 55 minutes. Resume exactly where you left off with efter_id or the Last-Event-ID header. Valuations, plans, CVR and shops exist only per address and are not in the stream. One connection counts as one call. Requires the Enterprise plan. At most 3 concurrent streams per API key and 10 per team (stream and firehose combined); beyond that the call returns 429 rate_limit_exceeded with Retry-After before the stream opens. A connection that is not closed cleanly is released after 90 seconds at the latest.
